Novo Precision

Our Response To Covid-19

Customers, Colleagues and Friends

On Monday, March 23, the Governor of Connecticut issued a mandatory "Stay Safe Stay Home" order closing all non-essential businesses in the state. As an essential business, as defined in the governor's order, Novo Precision's production facility will remain open while we continue to practice elevated safety measures for all employees which we detail below.

Many of Novo's customers fall into the categories listed in the governor's order or orders that are being implemented across the country as companies that manufacture, distribute and or are supply chains for "medical devices, diagnostics, equipment, services and any other healthcare related supplies or services."

As of today, we will continue to remain at full capacity to assist these companies in keeping their supply chain intact as many of them help in the fight against this pandemic. If your company is currently making or looking to make any of the critical protective equipment masks, ventilators etc. and need our material cutting (wire, cable, tube) services or machinery let us know how we can help.

Protecting our Workers

At Novo Precision we want to do our part to flatten the curve and keep our employees and their families safe. We have staggered shifts, lunches and breaks to look to reduce the number of workers in proximity to each other. We have increased cleaning of workstations and the facilities at large. Until further notice we have eliminated visitors to our facilities with the exception of parcel pickup and delivery and have prohibited travel between our facilities. We have implemented work from home where possible to further reduce the risk to our employees.

Moving Forward

Thank you for putting your trust in Novo Precision. It has been a pleasure to provide your wire, cable, tube cutting and machinery needs over the last 39 years. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this unprecedented epidemic and wish you all good health.
