Feed & Cut to Length System with Rotary Straightener
Overview
New to our line of Turnkey Systems is our Feed and Cut to Length System with a Rotary Straightener integrated. These machines are ideal for production that requires optimal straightness of material. Wire, tube, strip or most linear materials can be run through the Rotary Straightener and cut off in the attached feed and cut system. Unlike most standard roll straighteners the rotary can hold strict straightness tolerances over long lengths. The rotary straightener can come in a variety of models that handle material diameters of as low as .015" all the way up to .250". Models are available with both a single and dual arbor system depending on production needs.
Novo offers a complete line of servo designed wire, strip and tube processing and fabrication machines that are custom designed to perform many applications including cutting, stamping, swaging, chamferring and others. These wire cutting systems are designed to be tremendously accurate with a repeatable cut and feed rates in excess of 48 inches. These machines are perfect for your production needs.

Material can be fed off a spool directly into our line of custom rotary straighteners. Depending on the size of the wire in production we can offer you a solution to match. When straightness is of upmost importance a Rotary straightener is your answer.
