Tie Wire Cutting and Wire Bundling

.018” Diameter Stainless Steel Tie Wire Being cut to 9” Lengths and batched into 500 ct wire bundle lots.  Cutter rolls to be shear cut with offset blades pushing tag wire into conveyor batcher to bundle wires.  High speed fine wire payoff is used to take tie wire off spool and feed through precision wire straightener to insure straight tie wires are produced.  Feed rolls pull wire through precision wire straightener and shear cut at desired lengths.

Batcher conveyor can be indexed to rotate at any part count.  In this application the special lugged conveyor rotates after 500 piece count is reached.
