Special Continous 3 Strip Annealing Line

In this video strip is run off 3 Pancake Dereelers with independent adjustable brakes to maintain constant back tension as material is pulled.  The strip tensioning station with adjustable electronic drag brake maintains a constant tension on strip as it passes through the furnace.  The three zone furnace heats material to required anneal temperature.  After cooling, strip passes through an electronic coil to measure inductance and confirm proper annealed condition.

The motorized adjustable speed rol feed station pulls strips at constant speed powered take up reel rewinds strips on to spools under tension.  For more information on these machines or to fill out an RFQ form with more questions please click here
