Feed length, feed speed, number of parts, number of batches, accelleration and deceleration ramping and pause time between feed cycles are all programmable. Systems can be equipped with 2, 4 or 6 roll feed boxes depending upon material characteristics and pull force requirements.

The range of servo machine models can handle wire as small as .003" all the way up to .250".  The biggest benefit of the servo machine is its flexibility of use.  Length changes are all done through touch button controls and no mechanical adjustments need to be made.  Servo roll feeders help keep tight tolerances over entire production run.
