Tie wire is pulled from a spool on motorized payoff to deliver wire smoothly to feed and cut to length station.  Wire passes through a precision wire straightener to assure ties are straight when cut and bundled.  Automated Conveyor System collects cut ties and indexes in segregated batch quantities to provide maximum run time between operator unloading
