#3 Servo System Processing Tinned Copper Strip

Material is pulled through a precision straightener via a 4 roll feed drive. Strip then passes into a pneumatically actuated cutter head in which it is notched and trimmed to produce a straight cut on one end with notches and chamfered cut on the other. Different cut length are achieved simply but entering the desired length into the touch screen interface.
