Novo custom Servo Feed and Cut to Length Machine with attached Radius Forming Station at http://www.novoprecision.com/products... processing .064" diameter stainless steel wire into 12" blanks formed into radius. Wire feeds through Servo Feed Rolls which are custom grooved for wire size. Cut length is programmed via touch screen interface. From the wire straightener the wire is fed into Pneumatic Cutting Station. A quill on blade cutting process is used to get a clean burr free cut while holding a +/-.005" length tolerance. Each custom Servo Machine comes with an easy to use touch screen control box. Wire size, machine speed and all batching information can be changed using touch screen.
