Servo Controlled Wire Forming Machine

This servo controlled programmable rotary forming system is pulling wire off of spool using our custom wire payoff.  Wire is then run through a TAK #2 Precision Wire Straightener.  Wire then enters the feed unit where material feeds into slot in winding pin and pin rotates to create wire forming.  The pin then reverses wind direction to relieve tension.

Feed rolls push wire into position and deliver wire during winding operation.  Finished part lengths are easily changed via touch screen interface.  Batch counts and feed speeds can also be changed through one touch controls.
