Servo Controlled Cut To Length Machine Processing Magnet Wire

In this application this wire cutting system is cutting .074" rectangular shaped wire to 9" lengths.
A specially designed P190-SH Wire Payoff is used to take rectangle shaped wire off spool and feed into the unit.  Wire is then run through our TAK Precision Wire Straightener to give optimal straightness of wire before it is cut.
Feed rolls are specially ground to accommodate the shaped wire and they feed material into the cutter head.  There custom quills are used and a quill on quill cutting process cuts material leaving a clean burr free end.
The Servo Controlled Feed and Cut System is operated by an easy to use touch screen control panel.  Machine speed, batch quantity, part counter and start/stop is controlled at a touch of a button.
