This system has been designed to process wire and thin strip materials and stranded cables from bulk coil to precise cut lengths. Processing with this belt drive will not mark or damage the wire surface, and the quill-on-quill shearing tools provide a square, burr free cut. System includes a high speed wire payoff and state of the art display screen. Applications include mandrel manufacturing, medical guide wire, core wires, flat tip
guide wires and coated cable. This is the ideal machine for low cost and efficient medical guidewire manufacturing.
