Novo Precision is currently manufacturing nose pieces https://www.novoprecision.com/product... for many top companies in the PPE industry. We can make aluminum strip pieces for the high demand N-95 masks or coated plastic strip for surgical and everyday masks. Our nose pieces are made from high quality aluminum strip instead of sheet metal resulting in less scrap and a lower cost. Each nose piece is run through our custom machines and processed in our US manufacturing facilities using US Aluminum. Using specialty tooling and two step stamping process the result is perfectly rounded ends with no burr and minimal scrap.
