Detanglers/Separators
Spring detanglers and automatic spring separators are usually tabletop, portable units that will either separate springs
without stopping until the container is empty or separate a few springs with the touch of a switch.
Feeders
Speedfeeders are designed to deliver an oriented spring directly to an assembly point on demand. Novo’s Tekda-designed speed-feeder can deliver oriented springs to up to six separate assembly points independently, on demand anywhere within a radius of 12 feet (4 meters). Speedfeeders can be equipped with optional spring pick point escapements for assisted manual assembly applications. Custom air flow is used to separate and deliver springs in these Spring Feeder Systems.
