Medical Wire Cut & Straightened

Novo specializes in fine wire cutting with a diameter range as low as .004" up to a quarter inch and lengths from .004" to several feet with a +/- .002" tolerance.  All of our cuts result in a clean burr free end.  Material we can cut includes stainless steel wire, nickel & nickel based alloys, tantalum, nitinol and many others.  Secondary options include forming, swaging, centerless grinding, balled radius ends and much more.  Custom packaging is available such as tubing, bundling etc and for larger quantities we can set up a pull system for your products.
