The wire is taken off spool and fed into the cutting system. Wire then travels through custom roller guide to line up material with Precision Wire Straightener.<br>A TAK #4 2 Plane Precision Wire Straightener with custom v grooved bearings is used to straighten wire without leaving markings. Straightened wire is then run through the 6 roll Servo Feed Drive with Pneumatic feed grip pressure.<br>Novo standard 4H Pneumatic Cutter head is used to cut material. Patented quill on quill cutting process leaves a clean, square burr free end. Servo controlled chamferring tool quickly and efficiently chamfers wire to 45 degrees. .125" diameter 1018 galvanized steel wire cut to 5" lengths with a 45° chamfer.<br>Easy to use touch screen controls allows operator to change part lengths, throughput speed, batch quanties and much more in seconds. Parts lengths changed from 5" to 4" using touch screen.
