Cutting Foil Strips

Pneumatic Feed and Cut to Length System processing .003" thick x .022" wide precious metal foil strip in .650" lengths.  This capability minimizes the cut foil strips to buckle by reducing the maximum length it must advance in a single stroke.  Counter will measure batch size and stop machine when hit or a batching conveyor can be used for continuous processing.  Wire is run through a TAK wire straightener for maximum straightness accuracy.  This Cut to Length System can also be used for wire cutting, strip cutting, tube cutting and the cutting of most linear materials.
